We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive (B2B) to join our team and play a key role in building strong client relationships and driving business growth.

As a Sales Executive, you will focus on identifying and engaging with businesses that can benefit from our software and marketing solutions. You will understand their needs, demonstrate how our products and services can solve their challenges, and guide them through the sales process — from first contact to closing the deal. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and is motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Identify new business opportunities in target markets and generate qualified leads through proactive research and outreach.

Conduct cold calls and initial outreach to prospective clients to schedule meetings and pitch solutions.

Secure client meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s software, digital marketing, and customer support services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Prepare and present tailored business proposals that align with client needs and objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) to develop customized solutions.

Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing the sale.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Accurately maintain the sales pipeline and update all client interactions and deal stages using CRM tools.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new selling opportunities.

 

Requirements:

 

A Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar B2B sales role.

Age between 25 to 40 years.

SLIM/ CIM or equivalent professional qualifications will be considered a strong advantage.

Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil will be a definite advantage.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

A target-driven personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proven ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.

Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

 

Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary + Attendance Bonus for the right candidate

Working Hours:

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
