Responsibilities

Manage outbound calls

Handling customer queries & customer support

Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile

Meet Personal/Team qualitative & quantitative targets

 

Qualifications

Candidates should be between 18-35 years

Possess good communication skills in English, Tamil & Hindi

Ability to speak in Malayalam, Telugu or Kannada will be an added advantage

“Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encouraged to apply

Previous experience in similar field will be an added advantage

 

Remuneration package Basic Salary + Attendance Bonuses and Commissions exceeding Rs. 100,000. (Incentives Pegged to USD).

 

Working hours 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM
