Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and assess candidates’ qualifications.

Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.

Manage the recruitment process end-to-end.

Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and postings.

Perform background checks and reference verifications.

Continuously improve hiring processes.

 

Requirements:

Female candidates between 20 to 35 years.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.

Experience in conducting interviews and candidate assessments.

 

Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary + Attendance Bonus for the right candidate

Working Hours:

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
